Our Vision.
Our Mission.
Our Passion.

We're excited to share with you our vision for Furiocity, and our plan to achieve that vision.  We'd love to hear your thoughts on ways we could add value to you so please, don't be shy.

Our Mission: To help others overcome the burdens of wealth inequality.
Our Vision: To amplify the net value of renting for both renters and owners by creating the most revolutionary company of the 21st century.
Our Mission
We're building a socialization platform to reduce the burdens and inefficiencies that define today's rental market.
Furiocity aims to help both tenants and property owners by introducing additional sources of value in their respective roles in the rental market.

We're glad you asked!  We're adopting a phased approach:

  1. Build an information-sharing platform and community of renters and owners based on transparency and accuracy.
  2. Align tenants into renting "teams", reducing tenants' income burden through the power of group renting and providing property owners with business unaffected by seasonality.
Our Vision
One of our defining moments, shortly after we started working together, was recognizing the values that we both shared.  You can learn more about these values here.

Wealth inequality.

inequality.org published an extraordinary article that encapsulates the many, extreme inequalities Americans face:

"The most visible indicator of wealth inequality in America today may be the Forbes magazine list of the nation’s 400 richest. In 2018, the three men at the top of that list — Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, Microsoft founder Bill Gates, and investor Warren Buffett — held combined fortunes worth more than the total wealth of the poorest half of Americans."

-- Wealth Inequality in the United States

With the dawn of the internet, humanity gained the ability to communicate and share knowledge instantaneously and without borders.  The popularity of transparency and socialism has skyrocketed amongst the vast majority of the populace.

Conversely, the income gap between the rich and everyone else has been growing markedly, by every major statistical measure, for more than 30 years. History, it seems, is trying to tell us something.

We believe that, based on objective data, our current trajectory is unsustainable -- and could potentially lead to large-scale upheaval within the next ten years.  We also believe that, by helping others set the example, we can overcome this challenge proactively.
